Keeping a normal daily routine is key to maintaining a sense of normality whilst in lockdown. Look forward to having a ‘lay in’ at the weekends, it helps to create a distinction between weeks days for work and weekends.

Keeping your mind busy. Getting in a routine, getting up at a certain time each day. Knowing what you are going to be doing each day. I now need to learn a new skill and am spending the weekend looking at what I would like to do.

Working from home cause some muscle/ posture changes when changing chair and desk which is fairly common. One of my pals recommended this and I have added this into my exercise routine, doing it maybe 2-3 times a week.
