You’ll start to find that things are being done a little differently right from the point where you first ask for a quote, including:

  • Every request for a quote will be acknowledged as soon as it is received, no matter how large or small your project.
  • At this point, you will be given a named contact in our customer services team, and a timescale will be provided for provision of your quote by our team of skilled designers.
  • We will meet the timescales we commit to, or your named contact in our Design Office will contact you personally to explain why we can’t.
  • When you have received your quote, our team will be in touch to answer any outstanding questions that you may have.
  • When you place an order, we will send our ‘What Happens Next’ guide so that you know exactly what to expect from us.
  • Our logistics team will work with you to endeavour to meet your delivery dates.
