The appointment of Greg Farrar as Risk Business Partner is a significant boost to our operational effectiveness. With a remit that takes him between Head Office and each of our four factories, it is Greg’s responsibility to ensure Robinsons is fully compliant across all areas of potential risk.
Meanwhile, new HR Director Caroline Robertson is already overseeing the development of HR strategies which will help us ensure our teams across the country are efficiently resourced, flexible and have the support they need to deliver ever growing volumes as the company continues to grow.
