Extra Mile September
Every month, Robinson Manufacturing rewards a member of staff who has done something exceptional, whether that’s to help colleagues or customers.
Nominations can be made by any of our colleagues, and the winner is chosen by the leadership team.

He promotes a team ethic of support through his example to others, which also contributes towards a nice working environment for others.
|Oskar Bertulams||Tomasz Prazmo||Oskar always goes above and beyond to ensure that jobs are complete and finish in good time. He is always willing to work additional hours when we are at our busiest and encourage others by explaining the need for it. His attention to detail sets a great example to the newer team members to follow at our high standards.|
|Anne-Marie Phillips||Greg Farrar||Anne-Marie has been handling the additional pressure of the Wales & West factory during a stressful time. Anne-Marie has been proactive in contacting customers to ensure that the site agents expectations match with our deliveries, truly setting the standard in customer service.|
|Carl Gerrard||Darren Cross||Carl has supported all roles within the factory to ensure the production line runs smoothly and consistently. He battled through sickness to ensure that the stock audit was completed correctly and in a timely manner, demonstrating his commitment to the company values.|
|Chris Thompson & John Aston||Jamie Wilkins||Taking ownership and adapting Jamie’s vision of regular quality control checks of finished goods before loading.
Leading by example and becoming the driving force behind a project that aims to provide the best quality goods on time, in full.
|Emma Rowley||Mark Rolf||She continues to excel at her work, and is looking to help in other areas too (for example production bonuses). Solid member of the team who I think should be recognised for her continuous efforts.|
|Kevin Rennie||Robin Ardis||For his hard work in assisting and covering for the Maintenance Supervisor Jim Nellies whilst still completing his own work and also for his commitment and positive approach towards any task allocated to him. All round team player.|

How do we choose the Extra Mile Award recipients?
The concept of recognising our employees for going above and beyond their day to day job responsibilities with the Extra Mile Awards has recently been reviewed to align it with our Staff Charter.
This gives us a strong and consistent foundation for how we base our nominations, which – by linking our staff and customer value – are now considered against the following criteria:
