Implementing Changes at RML Flooring Midlands
One month into the operational changes at RML Flooring Midlands, the Customer Experience team have settled into their roles extremely well. Everyone now has a much better and clear understanding of the systems that have been put in place.
One of the biggest challenges we faced over the past month has been getting all the National Hickman ETFS (Engineered Timber Floor Systems) orders transferred onto our in-house customer management software system.
We have made great progress with this, giving the new larger group Robinson Manufacturing much improved management information.
I would like to say a special thank you to Michelle Brayfield and Shelby Bird, who are members of the Customer Experience team. I know they have had their work cut out recently as we have transferred to the RML systems
Everyone we have spoken to across all of the Robinson Manufacturing sites have been really helpful (too many names to mention) but a big thank you to all.
The clear vision that Robinson Manufacturing has for the future is obvious for all to see and it is a very exciting time to be part of this journey, in delivering the best possible service to all our customer.
As Head of Customer Experience it is vital that we have a stream lined process from point of contact with customer to delivery of goods.
We are always looking at ways we can improve things as a team to ensure we don’t get complacent and having good communication is vital to this process.
