The RML recruitment process focuses on looking for people who embody our brand and have a positive outlook on life.

This is especially the case for our drivers as they are the face our customers see when we deliver our products so the ability to represent our ‘inspire, innovate, deliver’ values is key to getting the right people.

We are therefore delighted to welcome 3 new drivers to the RML family as we continue to grow, and as one of our longest serving employees, driver John Moore, has moved to a different position in the business.

Finding three new applicants to match our criteria could have been a significant challenge, yet we were fortunate enough to fill these positions swiftly. Consequently, we can now introduce our newest recruits Tony Jones and Warner Clinton-Smith, in addition to welcoming back Paul Foreman who returns to us.

Our Head of Transport Chris Alldread is extremely pleased with these new additions to his team and looks forward to working alongside them in the future.
