Wales & West Roof Truss Factory Supports Redrow Wales

Since opening our Wales & West roof truss factory in March 2017, we are pleased to have already secured four sites from Redrow Wales.

These sites are:

  1. Carnegie Court, Bassaleg, Newport, with 103 plots: The opening of a brand new £90m shopping centre in 2015 heralded the start of an exciting new future for Newport. No longer living in the shadow of nearby Cardiff, Newport is emerging as a superb shopping and leisure destination in its own right.
  2. Parc Plymouth at Plasdŵr Clos Parc Radur, Cardiff with 85 plots: Just three miles from the centre of Cardiff, or fifteen minutes by train, Plasdŵr in the village of Radyr is perfectly placed for commuting, world class sports, superb shopping and a wide choice of leisure options.
  3. Tinkinswood Green, St Nicholas in the Vale of Glamorgan, with 100 plots: Lying just to the west of Cardiff, within easy reach of the city and the M4, Tinkinswood Green has much to offer for both work and leisure. Yet it still enjoys the simple rural pleasures of a small village, surrounded by delightful Vale of Glamorgan countryside.
  4. Cae St Fagans at Plasdŵr in Pentrebane, Cardiff, with 88 plots: The second phase of Redrow’s ambitious new £2bn Plasdŵr Garden City, Cae St Fagans, lies to the south of the proposed groundbreaking sustainable development, just 4miles north west of Cardiff. This delightful location will one day be part of a thriving community of homes, open spaces and superb facilities, but for now it remains surrounded by open countryside on the edge of the village of Pentrebane.

House prices nearer to the Seven Bridge set to increase with the end of the bridge tolls at the end of the year, and this is making it a popular area for new developments. Our Wales & West Roof truss factory is well placed to support house-builders with high quality products and excellent service.
