Delivering for Lovells in Lancashire
Robinson Manufacturing is delighted to have been selected to support house-builder Lovells in a 220 home development at Shady Lane, Clayton-Le-Woods, near Chorley in Lancashire.
The £53 million development will create 198 homes for open market sale and 22 affordable starter homes in this attractive, semi-rural village location. Situated at the northern edge of Clayton-le-Woods, the development is located close to the 650-acre Cuerden Valley Park and just minutes from the M6.
The new housing for open market sale will feature a mix of 18 two-bedroom and 118 three-bedroom houses as well as 67 four-bedroom and 17 five-bedroom houses. Twenty-two of the two- and three-bedroom houses will be sold through the Government’s Starter Homes Initiative which enables eligible first-time buyers (under 40) to buy homes priced up to £250,000 at a minimum 20 per cent discount. The overall scheme, on land north of Lancaster Lane, is set for completion in 2023 with the first homes expected to be available for sale in Spring 2018.
